I have 5 minutes sales assignment in class tomorrow, I like your videos. Very useful and helping me a lot.But this one was little different. i mean you can do it with a friend which is still not a good act, but not with boss . you get fired.

That's OK up to 5:30 . then I would have submitted "some" of "power" just to let him know he is still my boss.
1: You get to keep your job as a boss doesn't like subordinents to be interlectually higher than they are.
2: If he's a tough but good boss, he will have greater respect you for respecting his authority. If he doesn't, he is there only for his own ego.
Having the "upper hand" isn't always good when you're in front of someone that can fire you. That only adds to his own power.

the speaker has a not-so-good body language

Good pointers, but the speaker laughs too much at Craig. he should make him feel more welcome instead of ridiculing him. Do u guys think so?
