    a. A device consisting of fixed and moving parts that modifies mechanical energy and transmits it in a more useful form.

  • @s2000ross Damn it! Who typed "machine" into the teleprompter? For the last time, anything you put on that prompter, he will read!

  • Thanks for demonstrating the push ups. I was thinking about buying push up bars, but my dad has the Iron Gym that he hasn't used much, so I'll use that instead!!

  • @AMEDINANA Awesome. You should definitely start with the iron gym, if you already have it. If you can't do a pull ups, try hanging a couple towels over the bar. Grasp the towels and leave your feet on the ground for support. Do about 10 pull ups and use your legs as little as possible. Then do push ups from your knees (as many as possible), then 10-20 bodyweight squats. Repeat that sequence three times and do the workout every other day. You will be amazed at what it will do for your!

  • Yes, the music is unfortunate but I can't change it now. This video is over a year old and was one of my earliest efforts. The music is the number one complaint. Oh well. It is fun having people comment and interacting with youtube viewers.

  • i need your help. please read this and respond! im just starting to work out. should i get this or the tower 200? pleeaassee heellpp =D ty

  • @strambus08 Start with the pull up bar. 10-15 push ups, 10 pull ups and 10-15 bodyweight squats, repeat 3 times. If you can't do 10 pull ups, hang two towels over the bar so they come down to your shoulders. Hold the towels and leave your feet on the ground while you do pull ups. Use your legs to help lift you up, but only enough so it is still challenging to get through 10 reps. Workout every other day and do 30 min. cardio on rest days. In less than two weeks you will start seeing results.

  • My door frame is pretty flimsy. Does the iron gym hang from the door frame, or does it just push against the wall?

  • Where did you get the dips bar from and how much did it cost?
