Okay to everyone that's getting frustated about the mixed opinions. If you want this achievement do it this way:

UP - DOWN - DOWN - LEFT - RIGHT - LEFT - RIGHT - B - A

Also use the D-pad.

got it using the d pad .but tryed it about 30 times before it worked. and its B then A at the end. on xbox 360

ok everyone some speculations here! it is UP, UP, down, down, left, right, left, right, B, A.... U have to use the left stick, not the d-pad:)
