Last but not least, cut the prison budget. Mother,sisters, grannies, and papas don't be passive while the state and the country throw our boys in cages or ship them off to war. Both scenarios set the young men ,we don't teach in school, up to learn how to be more inhumane and diabolical.
Rather than take an economics class kids, take a American/California History course - then hit the streets. We're getting played so hard and we do not have to tolerate it.

Address unemployment in California and across the US by reinvesting in public schools and rebuilding the factories that used to be the envy of the world. Make a greener car -sell it, solar panels-sell them , and bio tech-patent it and sell them, legalize cannabis -tax it, cut administrator salaries, repeal the car tax, and
eliminate things that don't result in decimating underfunded schools. Use some common sense ! Stop advocating for the intentional destruction of our home and our country.

Scientology Stoners have the god given right to go fuck themselves. Shrink the budget somewhere else besides something as vital as educational institutions and programs. Get real! try shrinking the 44% and rising in the budget that funds two wars (which in reality is the national sanctioned murder of poor brown women, children, and young men) or maybe shrink funding for the fake ass "department of homeland security".

It costs so much more to house a prisoner in California for a year than it does to educate a child for a year that I believe that your comment is way out of line Scientology Stoners. We must educate our youth. Thank goodness people are finally speaking out about the cuts in the California school systems.

A college education is certainly not a right. Rights are something that you are born with and doesnt place obligations to anybody else. These people are demanding that the taxpayers pay for their tuition, which they are demanding a burden to others for their needs.
The taxpayers dont have any money. Plus 1 out of 8 people are unemployed in Cali. You have to shrink the budget. These kids need to take an economics class to understand this.
