fat or muscle, the heart can't tell the difference it just has to work harder. If you just want to be healthy do body weight. If you want to win competitions lift big weights. Both are relative to what you want to achieve.

Who needs massive muscles anyway? There's nothing functional about huge mascle mass. Most of the bodybuilders I know can't touch their own back or walk up a flight of stairs. If that look is appealing to you then go for it but expect your health to suffer as a result. Huge jacked body builders are no healthier than huge obese people, especially once you factor in the ammount of chemicals they consume in their diet.

Holla! Have you tried intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my work buddy lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

by the way: researches show that you can gain more muscles and maintain it by doing cycles of anabolic steroids for 8 months even without lifting any weight at all than by lifting heavy weights for 4 years straight, so it's actually a myth that we shouldn't criticize steroids use because it still requires hard work; scientific research disagree... with steroids you can grow massively without doing anything

Genetics determines the ratio of lean body mass (controlling the amount muscle fibers and the legth of the muscle groups) to fat one person can easily maintain. One who is not genetically predisposed can become big as long as he becomes fat as well and will lose most of the excess muscle mass as long as he leans out. You won't believe what data says about how small big natural bodybuilders become when they step on stage with maximum definition. The rest is just injecting steroids

@OurBestMusicChannel That's complete garbage. Genetics has nothing to do with if you're fat, or lean when building muscle mass. Genetics only applies to two factors. Body type, and metabolism. While body type can't be controlled, metabolism can in fact be manipulated. Research it.

@prettyprince567 Genetics have nothing to do with it. Strength vs bulk. Look it up.
haha you are a fool if you think this guy has no muscle. I bet he is rippling. I think what you mean is that he does not have bulging muscles like weight lifters and such. The reason for this may be partly due to genetics but the main thing is that he does not use heavy weights. If you want to bulk up you use heavy weights. I personally do not bulk up as I want to maintain speed plus I think it looks gross but each to their own.
