I disagree. Imagine I came up to you and offered you some cream for your coffee that had been in my pockets. The cream would be mixed with dirt, hair and dust etc. Would you want to put that cream in your coffee? Of course not. It would be disgusting. Honestly who would carry cream and sugar around loose in their pockets? It's absurd. That was the joke. Pretty simple.

The writers for pre-2000 Simpsons weren't afraid to bust out a subtle sex joke every now and then. Their unwillingness to play them out as crudely and overtly as possible doesn't change that fact. This is funny precisely because it IS a jizz joke. Without that innuendo, there wouldn't even be a joke!
