Because! If you were a real fan, you would realize that every song/album that a band puts out is their true sound. Just because it sounds different to you doesn't mean it's not the "true" Atreyu. Band try different things, and if you were a real fan of their music, you would appreciate them trying to become more diverse in their sound. Does that make sense to you? Or should I dumb it down some more?

Dude, I like Atreyu's old stuff, it kicked ass. But I like some singing metal mixed in with my screaming metal. I think Atreyu has realized that a lot of people feel this way, so the new album is a good album I think. Don't get my wrong, the old stuff is still friggin awesome!

@turbothingy no.. they shouldn't, this is a one time album hopefully. Don't get me wrong, I like everything Atreyu puts out but Atreyu originated from Alex's screams and Brandon's cleans, not all cleans. You want more stuff like this, find another band.
