Dr. Horowitz.Ive been meditating using pranayama techniques to expand my consciousness for some time now.Whenever I see, either with my physical eyes (like a clover leave, snowflake, etc.)an hexagram,12pointed star,etc., or with my spiritual Eye, I hear 528hz. internally.When in meditation,I use Regular Breath on a 12sec. intervals, I hear it. Even when I was playing Beer Pong last night, 7 cups made a hexagram and I couldnt hear my friends over it. Its amazing, I'd like to hear your thoughts.
