  • OMG this is so so so MAORI... not Fijian or Hawaiian, they are proberbly perorming at a polynesian centre in Hawaii. I am 100 percent sure that these are MAORIS performing and they are all the way from (AOTEAROA) New Zealand.

  • @TatiB3hbz First one is "Ohorere e" "He mihi aroha" not sure of the third one, the one with the rakau (sticks) is "Whiti te marama i te po", not sure of girls haka, boys haka is 'tika tonu'. Old canoe show waiata, would love to go back and visit. I worked @ the Maori village in 1992, then went on a mission, when I returned I became a tour guide but my ngakau was always in the village.

  • @Daralynn3dayan its not i been doing poi for 10 years

  • anbody know the names of the songs they sing??

  • The second part looks hard to do!!!

  • awesome guys

  • Man this video brings back memories of when I used to dance in the village. Unfortunately, I was off on the this video was filmed, or maybe I was watching the gate during this show. If anyone has any videos of these performances please post them up! Thanks!

  • @dakin8888 Yes maoris are NZ natives, sub grouped with the Polynesian just like Hawaii.

  • Maori is a term for a group of the polynesian islands. Whether it Maoli, Maohi or Maori- Cook Island/Rarotonga/New Zealand/Hawaii/Tahiti. We are practically the same- we all migrated from the same area and spread across the south pacific.
