@KrazycookiesHD running a game maxed out means nothing at that terribly low resolution... you do know that low resolution makes the game rely more on CPU then GPU? you can probably turn it up.

My laptop would implode at me even thinking about trying to run his game, but maxed out.... Things turn really messy.

@KrazycookiesHD nio you dont run eveerthing on max your res for the screen is 1024x768 .... NOT MAXED UNLESS YOU DONT KNOW WHAT RESOLUTION OF THE SCREEN IS

@KrazycookiesHD Yea man I seen it, you are running maxed out on 1024x768. my pentium 4 can run it maxed out too on a resolution like 160x80.
Now my question: If you run the game on a normal resolution like 1920x1080, what setting do you need to use to get 60 fps? low or medium?

@HenkSpankK What? Did you even watch the video!? If you did then you should of seen at the beggining of the video I had everything set on it's max settings. And I run the game on everything Maxed out...

No I didn't unlock the 4th core (not needed when I already have 3.3 Ghz with 3rd)
I don't own GTA 4.
And you got a great set-up (literally the same as me)
