    1. Download module wysiwig and enable it.

    2. Go to site configuration/wysiwyg and drop down "installation instruction".

    3. Download an editor (I had problems with the 1st one i tried, but "CKEditor" worked finely to me).

    4. Follow the instructions given in the page under "CKEditor (download)" about folder creation.

    5. Go back to site configuration/wysiwyg and asign an editor for each input format (filtered HTLM/ full HTLM).

    6. That´s it. (ref.:youtube "Wysiwyg")

  • How do you get that tool box to appear? (the tools under the "Body" text)

    or

Is it a module I need to install? Can someone tell me how I get that to appear???

  • @fmcarr1973 im looking for same trhing... i cant believe that a basic option like this isnt easily avaiable/... ive been looking everywhere! did u find a module to upload DIRECTLY from pc ? without a url?

  • hey, for the life of me i cant seem to find a module that uploads a picture automatically from the COMPUTER directly towards a text editor like FCKeditor embedded in WYSIWYG... what modules did u use and can u show how to install trhem?

  • It would be helpfull to know which modules you've installed.

  • I am finding this a bit hard to follow. I'm thinking that if you re-order this, it will be awesomer.

  • Id love it if they were together in one post.

Is there another way to have pictures uploaded to a blog, page or story content page with another image module that will upload from your computer.

the one that comes with TinyMCE is ok if you have a URL but some people dont and it would be great to have the option to upload from thier computer.

Im searching anyone have any input?

  • Hello Drupal Dude,

You've got great stuff. There is how ever one thing I noticed about using image in the content pages that is kind of weird.

when you upload an image in lets say a story the story page and image look fine the problem is when it loads to the main page there will be 2 posts 1 with the image post and another with the image and story post. so now there will always be 2 posts of 2 pictures from any content that uses image.

I hope you understand and is there a way to fix this?
