  • Thx for posting, I am about to buy one on ebay but I wanted to know about it's applications in detail first.

PS: Are those two games standard or did you download them?

  • The games come already on it.

  • hi there, how long does the battery lasts??, cuz i just bought one and the battery was dead the day after, and the battery was new!! does that happens to yours too? thanks c ya

  • Battery lasts a couple of weeks - but I don't use it much. Are you remembering to turn it off?

  • Psion, what a device! I appreciate your videos, thx for posting!

  • No problemo! If they had put Colour screens on them earlier enough, and charged realistic prices, we would have all been walking around with Psion's in our Pockets instead of crash-happy Windows Pocket PCs. Great British engineering, rubbish British marketing...

  • i had one when they first came out, no idear how to use it, just got it because a mate had one, carried it everywhere, seeing this brings back memories.

  • Small and simple but very powerful and durable, and reliable as sunshine. These things are still being used today for data logging.

  • Excellent little machine, this, along with the other models in the Organiser II range. Great for programmers, with the built in OPL language. I'm still occasionally writing games for them now!

  • Wonderful old machines, I've got an XP, and an LZ on the way soon, lots of datapaks and a couple of commslink units. Still pretty cool and believe it or not with a bit of stuffing around you can get on the net.... but you can't really do much! The LZ is handy as a remote serial text terminal though

  • Ah, I see you have a copy of my Games Pak

  • LZ Version here, i even got a "Travel Pack" program for it!

  • @scalespeeder On the main menu, you have the "Off" option (the very last one), also accessible with the "O" key.

  • I have been using PDAs in a professional setting, since 2004.They were all Pocket PCs(WM2003-WM6.1). These devices were all incredibly powerful, and I used them as voice recorders,Sat Nav devices, mobile office,multimedia/games (like ipod Touch). I had never seen them to be 'crash happy'. I have just bought a Psion Series 3A(on its way),to see what I was missing, but I am sure that these devices could not have matched the power of any of my Pocket PCs.The Psions were great, but not the best PDA.

  • @tonyrking In that device wad not necesarry the begin and end proc command, the later models needed that(like workabout ect...)

  • @Aposke But you can write your own programs too :D
