This guy did nothing illegal in regards to the paying with silver/gold coins at face value. He was smart enough to figure this out & has been made an example of so nobody else tries it. What a shame.

What will our government do when ALL Americans switch to a different monetary system? There aren't enough jails to house everyone. If our govt. operated better and the US dollar wasn't declining people wouldn't even be considering other options.

I find it interesting they accepted his silver coins and considered its face value only when he paid and yet when he paid his workers in silver coins he was conceived to be doing something illegal by considering it at their face value.

If the IRS doesn't want people to use these coins at face value then they should stop creating coins that are worth more than the face value. This guy didn't do anything illegal. The raid is mere terrorism to deter Americans from paying in silver/gold coins.
