I actually went to return it and they offered me a new one. They said most of the first batch was bad. So I've had it for a couple of months now and... It works flawlessly... So yeah I kept it, but only because they gave me a new one.

I mean this phone is BEAUTIFUL!! :) && if they give you a free case I guess its ok.. But if I bought this I wouldn't feel like Im getting my money's worth but I guess its okay :))

You may wanna get rid of it because this phone is SO expensive its supposed to be flawless & why would you pay so much just to cover the flaw with duck tape.. I mean seriously? But follow yer heart.. you bought it its yer decision.

@NeoShadowWhisppurrs you dont have to put ducktape over it :) apparently you can get a free case now if the problem persists but since the 4.0.1 update for the phone its seem to sort out the problem, yeah it is a lot of money i agree and i do think that apple should at least consider compensation to people who have bought it.... as we now have been tied into a contact for most of the people who bought it...
