Also the guy... a just random person from google.com

You can't use SQLi to modify code, You can only view database with it & get admin password. You can use XSS to modify code.

First of all most websites are not vulnerable to sql injection. And definitely not the FBI. sql injection is used for not so well scripted websites, so you can modify the code. HAHAH
