I love this workout! It made me sweat and sore the next day. Approx. how many calories does this workout burn? I'm trying to keep track of my calorie intake and burned.

@YaMissMe how are you feeling now after the workout? I believe that your pain was just sore muscles that you trained? This would mean you have targeted new muscles that you do not always work. thank you
