@skitzofingers Stevie was playing the same solos he always plays too. Some solos are more specific, but his main style is Albert King. Jeff does use many of the same solos as does every other musician on the face of the earth.

Actually SRV can cover songs and make it look original... Look at about half of the songs he plays...

RIP SRV ,when he is playing his soul is faaaaar awaaaay from everything around him , the soul who is playing .opposite of jeff the way he was plying with, kind of ''DEAL'' he was feeling it like that . ''SRV IS A PUUUURE TRUE F"""" TALNT OF GOD'' RIP

Beck is a god, yes, but he is sure not feeling this tune, for some reason.

i like srv's tone more

Neither one is BETTER than the other. SRV has perfect tone and rhythm and can make his guitar cry and melt your face off at the same time. He tends to repeat a lot the same licks but those are his signature licks. Becks the master at phrasing and creating new sounds & approaches to the guitar. Blow by Blow is easily one of the best instrumental guitar recordings.

one and only time beck played a jackson?

Wow! Nice to see SRV playing with force in Hawaii.

I like Jeff waaaay more than Stevie. Each to his own.

Beck is better when he plays a Fender, but he still great.
