Here's an example of a sandbag complex I did on an off day. Went light, using 60 lbs. sandbag, 5 reps of each exercise.
Bent-over Row
Cleans
Front Squat
Overhead Press
Shouldered Squat (3 each side)
Zercher Good Mornings
Give it a shot! Can be done heavier as a standalone workout, at the end of a workout for some conditioning, or as a recovery like I did!
