@jfmiii oxy 97??? i dont even know if oxycottins were out by then BUT coming from a guy who takes em legal(unfortunately) and being a PAST illegal drug user myself i would say he looks to be on some MDMA related substance (ectasy,molly,etc..........) or he is just really REALLY into the groove
