Kilger knew he broke his stick, and din't want to get caught playing with it, and the ref thought he got slashed. Kilger didn't ask for a penalty, it kinda looked like he thought he was getting one called against.

no, wats wrong with this is 18 slashes the guy, and gets away with it, so the guy taps his stick, he lets go of it on purpose and the guy gets a penalty, its complete horseshit
