TCK Gets Real - Losing Your Friends Part II

TCK Gets Real is a personal vlog about life as a TCK ( Third Culture Kid ) . The third culture is the way to explain how someone feels when they are displaced from their home culture into a culture in which they feel they don't truly belong, but at the same time spend enough time away from their home culture so that they don't belong there anymore either, thus forming a third culture.
I hope to provide some insight into experiences that I've had related to being a TCK. I realize that experiences differ from person to person.
I would love to answer any questions you might have, feel free to send in a video response I'd love that. I would love to hear about your experiences concerning losing friends.

Thank you for sharing your pains and joys. I totally feel the same as you. Although, I'm much older than you, a different generation, but I went through very similar pains as you have. One of my problems has been deliberate ruining of friendships (though unconsciously at the time) because for fear of losing them. And I'm not good at saying good byes...I just disappear or not say good bye at all. This is quite anti social. But having discovered TCK uploads, I'm rediscovering my past.

Thank you so much for sharing. I can really relate to what your saying. Relationships of any kind are so difficult for TCK's. Its just not the same sharing from far away, and once your back, you've changed, the country has changed, and the ppl you knew changed...
