Just a random bunch of close ups of my finches. The little one in the house is a fledgling who returned to the nest for a rest. It's fathers (yes, they are an inseprable couple that live in this house and I assume either another pair laid eggs in there or female acted as a surrogate :P) The fathers in question are the yellow beaked and the charcoal male who are keeping an eye on the fledgling. The yellow beaked male is the grand daddy of all the babies. He and a female fawn charcoal were my original breeding couple. The fawn charcoal with a yellow beak (seen in video at 0:56) is one of the babies from thier children and is a combination of it's grandparents which I find gorgeous!

Thank you very much.
Too many babies! They've had a lot in the last couple of months about 20 or so. Currently, there's the two fledgelings. The one seen in the video and a sibling. There's some babies in other nests to come too.
It's basically a free for all in the aviary atm so some babies I am unsure of the parents but most can be traced back seeing as it's like my 3rd generation of babies.
