Kill Darkonda - Opening Sequence

WARNING: This video/story is MUCH darker than that of even my Wrath of Lord Zedd videos, where three former rangers are killed.

STORY: Andross, former Red Space Ranger is celebrating his recent marriage to Ashley Hammond with the other members of his team and his sister Karone on Earth, when the wedding is suddenly attacked by a group of assassins under the leadership of Darkonda, revealed to have secretly possessed one extra life left over from his devilish pact with Dark Specter even after his "final" demise at the Monarch of Evil's hands.

The space rangers morph but are quickly overwhelmed in the tide of Darkonda's vengeance, one by one killed by a different member of Darkonda's dark alliance. As Andross lies mortally wounded on the ground, Darkonda gleefully reveals that his sister is still alive in his possession before dislodging a plasma bullet directly into Andross' helmet.

However, the wound isn't enough to kill him. Awakening aboard the Astro Megaship MRK II, having been recovered in a comatose form by DECA, Andross vows to avenge each of his fallen comrades and to save his sister by taking down every member of the evil alliance... And to track down and at long last, Kill Darkonda once and for all.

NOTES: Ironically, I conceived this story, and strangely enough the title, on my own completely independent of the idea of what I eventually came to parody, spawning from the idea that since we never see Darkonda die a full seven times, it might be possible that his "last" life actually wasn't his last. Then of course, someone pointed out the similarities to me, so I embraced it while creating this opening sequence and the style of this movie.

Don't criticize me for whom I chose to play General Zol, as no matter what series he came from, the character was still a badass.

I purposefully made the quote in this intro as grossly incompatible as the Klingon one in the film I'm parodying. And no, Chris Redfield hasn't as of yet said those specific words in an RE game.

You will also notice that I'm doing this series completely in a widescreen format.

Yes, I'M STILL WORKING ON WRATH OF LORD ZEDD. I'm just waiting on some footage in order to complete Mini-Episodes 2-5, so I'm trying to keep busy in the meantime with something different.

Just as a heads up, if you don't get the object of this video's overwhelming parodying/homaging, then you'll probably get less entertainment from this. ^_^

I don't know why you would have. Both him and Minako are original enemies I made up, although Zol's footage comes from a character known as Kunzite who has nothing to do with Power Rangers or Super Sentai. :)
