@alderaforall I don't live in fear. I take steps to protect myself. Do you live in fear if you forget to buckle up when you drive around town? My current residence is very safe; I have lived in dangerous areas for reasons that are no fault of my own. I choose to carry for the added safety of myself, my family and anyone in my immediate vicinity.

@hunterkiller232134 You missed my point about living in fear everyday. Without being armed you obviously do live in fear which begs the question why do you live in an area that causes you this type of stress? I also never said you have an F the cops attitude, merely that this type of attitude does exsist(this video clip is a prime example) amongst some folks that do carry and it is counter productive to the rest of us gun owners.

@alderaforall I don't have a F the cops attitude; I cooperate fully so that everything gets over with faster. I don't live in fear every day, either, and part of the reason for that is because I am armed. I have a Glock 23 and I've got a small build - that just doesn't work well for concealed carry so I can either open carry or carry concealed but have it obvious that I have a gun anyways.

@hunterkiller232134 the same can be said for open carry. Guns and gun owners are already in the sights of the antigun lobby. We need to project a better image by showing the fanatical anti's we're not some macho anti-establishment meatheads with guns looking for a fight everywhere we go. This F-the cops attitude is the wrong road to travel. While some cops are absolute pricks, there are just as many that aren't. Do you really live in fear for your life everyday?

@alderaforall For various reasons it might not be feasible to carry concealed.

not sure open carry is a good idea, it seems to me that this guy is a prime example of why not to do it. He is seemingly doing this in the hopes of a confrontation with police, at least that's what this clip is implying. Why go looking for trouble? If you want to carry that's fine, put it away under your shirt and act like an adult. Being conspicuous is overrated.

not concealed most laws deal with concealment not weapon ownership

Cheesy bugle interlude...

@smokeRocks509 I think you are absolutely right.....a responsible gun carrier is also a smart one.
-
@smokeRocks509 you are correct . Plus you will not be stopped by cops all the time when you carry concealed
@tm868686 The robber will have a gun anyways, if he's going to do somthing as ballsy as rob a bank, he will have a illgegaly obtained gun.

@asleeperj a robber walks into a bank and doesn't have a gun. Because he has a job instead.
