Image Processing Robot Pixel Techfest 2008 IIT Bombay

This Image Processing and Computer Vision Robot was made by my seniors in VIT college: Sagar Joglekar, Paras Salunkhe and Swapnil Sakharshete. They had built it for Pixel, an Image Processing Competition at Techfest-2008 at IIT Bombay, Powai, Mumbai. They also won a prize in this competition. They introduced me and my batchmates to the magical field of Image Processing and Computer Vision. Thanks to them, many of us took up our BE Project in the IP field and took up DIP (Digital Image Processing) as our academic elective subject in our final 8th Semester.
We (and especially I am) are indebted to you, Sagar, Paras and Swapnil.

May you fulfill ur hearts' desires. But lemme tell u all, u all deserve more than u desire!

@rohanthakker92 No person who has himself written a code, will give it for free unless he's a saint. So, stop asking for codes and start asking for concepts or approximate algos. And then if u r stuck smwhr, u may ask to get ur doubts cleared.

@muglikar i agree wid u..... i m stuck as d ball in my case will be moving. till now i have made a bot by calculating d slope of d orientation of d bot and den moving it towards d ball d problem is dis algo is too slow to work if d ball is moving... so cud u suggest sumthin modification...

Hey man, nice work, we've done a similar project, but our bot is a bit slow. Can you please let me know as to what did u use for image processing, what kind of controller have you used and do u process video or sequence of images.

That is a cool robot, kudos to you and yourteam.I have built a couple of bots (not as smart as your robot ) :) and am currently looking at image procccessing capabilities for my bots can you please give me more information on the image processing part of your project.
