I own a Nikon D3s and LOVE it, however, I am a big fan of this amazing compact camera. I have used this camera for video and photography and find it to be exceptional for the price, and for what it is designed for.

i think this is good for those who actually care more about the video and High speed features combined with 26x zoom this can be a good video camera ;) not for photography so much :( get 100 € and get the D3000 ;)

Well , it seems kick ass , with all the features and the spec sheet , which is something that prompted me to buy it , the picture quality is actually abysmal. Even in decent light. Low light pictures are just terrible.
If you are a spec monster then you will love this camera but if you actually care about picture quality then you will be very disappointed. Returned mine and bought a Canon 550D.
Either save up for an entry level DSLR or get a cheaper point and shoot.THis camera fails.

I bought the P100 a few days ago... great camera for me. The L110, well, it does not have a viewfinder, lesser zoom (15x i think), no swivel monitor... image quality? good enough for me, i am not a pro... browse the internet for more info, tho' there arent much for now on the P100

these superzooms never have very good image quality but I guess that's not what they are about.

I've just got an email from Nikon regarding this camera. It seems to be fabulous. Hope to see more videos on youtube about it so that i can make up my mind to buy or leave it.
