Im in the military and workout constantly yet for
me Ive always had issues with my waistline no
matter the amount of cardio and situps I do. After
losing 20lbs only an inch came off my waistline.

Alright there! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some super things about it and my friend got hot 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of belly fat with it.

Choose 5 of these and go for as little rest as possible and workout at least 3 days per week, 5 is better. Check my other vids for more exercises!
