Same mods as last week except I pulled out the front pass. seat and the rear seats only but this time with me driving (330lbs)...

60' - 1.768
1/8mi - 8.283
1/8mph - 81.51
1/4mi - 13.106
1/4mph - 101.03

That was my only run. A friend (130lbs) ran it after me and got a quicker ET but since it was his first time driving a stalled auto, he hesitated on take off...Still broke in the 12's for me tho!

60' - 1.784
1/8mi - 8.206
1/8mph - 82.64
1/4mi - 12.978
1/4mph - 100.85

Density Altitude: 874 feet
Relative Density: 97.47 %

  • hey bro, im torn between the yank tb3000 and the circle d 3000. is 1 better then the other? any info would help. the yank cost more too.(06 tbss awd) im mainly concerned with driveability

  • @BLACKLACDTS

I'd go for the Yank PTB3200 if I had the cash

  • how much did the stall help? how much did it drop your times?

  • @BLACKLACDTS

from stock to stall it dropped about a full second off the 1/4 mi. It helps a lot from a dig, not so much from a roll. I can brake stall it up to 4,000 rpm. not so good on the gas mileage but I still drive it every day. Look into a Yank PTB3200 or something similar.

  • damn dude .... thats MOVING ..... what area all the mods ?

  • @M3SRT

Mods are: partial tune, custom 4" cold air intake, gutted out cats, magnaflow muffler #12589, F-body e-fans, 160* thermostat, TCI SSF 3,500 stall, removed spare tire and jack, removed front pass. and rear seats, and 130 lb. jockey.

  • damn a saab suv haulin ass that's crazy!!

  • im hearing people say dont put a stall in the stock trailblazer trans even with a trans cooler. they said just build a tranny. what do you think bout that?

  • @Dirty30LS1 im plannin on doin the 3000 stall, vette servos, trans cooler, electric fans,160 thermo, headers and full exhaust. im goin to buy a finish line trans and nos later on unless sumthin happens sooner! lol my goal is to run 12s on motor and be able to drag the new camaros, mustangs and challengers even tho it wont take much to beat the srt8 challenger! lol but my main thing is i wanna smoke the srt8 jeep BADDDDD!!!! i think with those mods i can run 12s easy and thats good for me for now

  • @Dirty30LS1 i was lookin at the yank 3000 or a friend recomended the circle d 3200. im not so pressed on it being superf ast because its my daily driver so im thinkin around the 3000 rpm stall is good for me. you have the yank?

  • hows the daily driveability of the stall? im bout to do a stall in my tbss but im a lil un easy because its my daily driver.
