Belle was the one who named the baby not phillip. Remember that shawn and belle already chose a named for their children both boy and a girl name was chosen. Just tale alook at shawn when belle told him the name of the baby.

Belle cheated. So Philip really named the baby. Funny. Claire should just be glad her parents didnt do like everyone else always does and name her after someone. Seems like all the kids in Salem are named after someone else.
