Don't make my house a house of merchandise. That doesn't mean don't make a store selling religious shit a house of merchandise. A better argument is that Jesus hated Capitalists and bankers, knotting up straps and beating them on the steps of the church for converting currency and selling sacrificial animals, and Acts 5 says to be a communist or 'god' will fucking kill you on the spot.

I never thought of it till just now seeing this video. If I used God as a reference on an application, no one would take me seriously no matter if they believed in god or not. Yet, people claim to have personal relationships and know he exists. I mean, who better than God and Jesus to have on your references, right?!
