NOTE:
This review is chuck-full of spoily-spoilish-spoilers of the spoily kind.
Also, Keith Thompson is the (incredible) illustrator of these books. I didn't write him below the book title, though, because he didn't *write* it. On that note, OMG I LOVED THE DRAWINGS IN THIS SERIES. Sort of reminded me of the artwork from The Series of Unfortunate Events. Good stuff.

  • magic cactus?

  • @tedevinator1 Why not?

  • *cassjaytuck* ok I know this is totally off subject, but how excited are you for Son of Neptune to come out Tuesday?

  • @TheAgonzalez04 Let's put it this way: I am a fish who's been out of water for nearly a year, and Percy Jackson is my vast ocean.

  • Well, the beginning of The Hunger Games was kind of slow paced and boring but you kept on reading.

  • @Browneyesisme Well, that's your opinion, I guess. I found The Hunger Games instantly interesting.

  • i need to read Goliath so bad!! AGH! and Cass, they are making a movie out of Scott's Uglies!! i actually have the production company's number, im calling every other week to ask about when casting calls are (im dying to play Tally!)!! :D

have you ever heard of the Forest of Hands and Teeth? i heard there will be a movie based on that.....a little nervous. i dont want it to be the typical "KILL ALL THE UNDEAD" type of movie. :\

  • OH, and I think Keith Thompson also illustrated for A Series of Unfortunate Events. I don't know for sure, but the style is like, exactly the same. I noticed that when I first startes reading it. I'm like, OH, AWESOME!

Sorry for my babbling. Goodbye, Cass.

  • So I read Leviathan, and went back to my school library to get Behemoth. Librarian goes, "So, Jane, are those books good? I've never gotten into it, but I know you're picky with books and only read really good stuff."

"UHM, YEAH. LOVE. HOW DIDN'T YOU GET INTO IT? WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?"

Needless to say I flipped out.

Anyway. I probably wouldn't have read this if not for you. So thanks, Cassidy.

  • magical cactus ftw.

  • Gosh, a horrible equation popped into my mind as I was watching this:

Percy Jackson series ends = end of the world

I never want Seaweed brain to go! :'(

    On a different note...

Cassidy, you have gotten me obsessed with Leviathan. Thank you.

  • i think i love you. you said it all.

  • Con: Scott Westerfeld stopped at three. :(

  • Have you read the bonus chapter on Scott Westerfeld's website? One word. Hillarious. XD

  • Darwinist ,totally.

  • Darwinist all the way! I really wanna ride a Huxley while Bovril sleeps on my shoulder!
