I think the problem is that they lose weight too fast, and that causes them to rebound. Next season I would like to see some limits put on the contestants' training, like the trainers would only be allowed to be there two hours a day. Maybe then they could lose the weight at a slower, safer rate and would have a better chance of keeping it off.

seriously...what does that say about the whole tbl philosophy if he managed to pile the weight back on?! he looked great again when he appeared in season 3
