A video of Craft beer bubbles after having been lit by the sun (3200K) at Billy Gees bar and grille. There is some bar ambiance as well.

  • Hopefully wasn't too high in alpha acids, did it skunk? ALpha acids from the hops chemically react with UV light and turns into a chemical compound related to the skunks spray. That's why direct sunlight for any beer except for some chemically altered hops used in some places, I know Miller High Life does. Any macro doesn't skunk easily with very little of any ingrediants.

  • You really know your beer man! All the stuff you said makes sense too (I took general chem in college).

But far beyond chemistry, this beer is really, really kick ass. Billy keeps it ice cold -- literally. There are little icicles forming on the tap. Chemically speaking, I think that is because the liquid got so cold that it became a solid.
