We're witnessing a complicated process unfold at the State Capitol -- the electoral redistricting of Mississippi ahead of statewide and legislative elections in November. Census data dictates the size of all new districts, but it's House and Senate lawmakers who draw the new district lines. Well into the process, the question remains: can the Legislature complete redistricting, and get federal approval, in time to avoid back-to-back elections?
