Well, it's as good to make contact with those babylonian beings as any other form of mythology. The results might be a bit darker, but that's a result of the expectations connected to the headline "Necronomicon". Personaly I find the Simon Necronomicon very funny, cuz there is that story where "Abdul" makes a fire out of canabis bushes and in the same night witnesses a dark ritual at that place.

I've heard a lot of very successful work with the Simon Necronomicon. Despite the obvious fact that it's not from the era it claims to be, have you found it to be a legitimate method of contacting the entities contained therein?

The Necronomicon? No, it's an invention of HPL to spice up his stories. But that doesn't matter when it comes to performing magick ;).

You are very educated in ancient cultures and that is brilliant. Many magickians dont look beyond religion, usually their own.
