  • Worrying is praying for what you don't want.

  • I had been praying for God to work a miracle in my life for the past week and, needless to say, he worked a miracle; God is such an awesome. Now, there's a crazy voice in my head that is saying, "you got your miracle. Now walk away." How do I silence that voice and continue to walk in the right path? I want to be grateful and praise God's name forever. Please pray for me and pass on any kind words.

P.S This sermon has been my bread and better for the last few days. Thanks, Joel.

  • May God Bless and Prosper Joel Osteen !

  • jesus Loves the atheists too

  • This is a powerful sermon! Puji Tuhan! Praise be to Jesus for Preaching the Truth like this guy!

  • @Virgil077 Hear, hear.

  • I like how Atheists like to say they're tolerant and open minded and Christians are the bigoted ones and yet we have people like Ic061084 who come to a video that they know doesn't endorse they're beliefs just to make some statement?

  • @coolboysoldier1 You don't _believe_ in evolution. In the same way as you don't explain the existence of _god_. You _explain_ evolution based on evidence. You _believe_ in god without evidence. Neither way is right or wrong. Why so much animosity? It's just a different way of being.

  • @Rylucero :: You probably have a point there, oh egoistic persona, because the NRSV interprets the verse with a different and uncertain meaning : Prov 23:6-7 "Do not eat the bread of the stingy, do not desire their delicacies; for like a hair in the throat, so are they. Eat and drink! they say to you; but they do not mean it."

Let this be a lesson to all of us that we cannot trust what any one translation may say nor the meaning we may derive from it. Bart Ehrman was right.

  • @k0smon You lack much in the way of understanding foolish one, this verse Proverbs 23:7 is not a teaching about how we are a product of our own thinking lost one but of the perverse motivation of others concerning us. Woe unto those whose heart is far from God, This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. Matthew 15:8
