  • omg,a Cary Grant I've never seen!Once upon a time was another Grant film I hadn't even heard of.Thank u soo much.This is comfort food 4 the daughter of an actress,i grew up w/ these movies playing all the time.on one of our 9 channels.Grants preformances were overlooked during his career,he's soo good at comedy!Thank u so much.

  • Long distance relationship, "remote control," self-fulfilment, careers bring the issues of 1936 right on par with 2012. The b/w color gradations subtly defining atmosphere, tone, age, distinction, character are a constant source of appreciation. That with the lighting! Watching the play between Sullavan and Stewart, such a young Stewart- RayMilland a real an actor I've never paid much attention to was a surprise in this performance. A fine post!
