@mrmaster117 That's what I thought to. I mean, it looks like one, and with the shreak/scream of agony it gives off, I'm pretty sure it is. Furthermore, it would seem like they'd put that in as a mouth to show the torture that the Protheans endured being turned into Collectors.

There is a slow mo version of it that i absically analysed, it looks basically like organic matter being mated with metal/synthetic there is various pictures of beating muscles/hearts & rib-cage structures + one or two head shaped objects with metal coming out of them.

Quite freaky nonetheless
