What does a 24-hour juice feast look like?
How many fruits & vegetables does one need?
It's all going to 4 different kinds of juices....my Jars of Juice!
And then I'm going to the Hot Springs...

Whole milk is good if you are in India and it is freshly pulled from the cow! Other than that I recommend everyone avoid the modern dairy products for many reasons! :D

This is a great video. I'm looking for someplace to stay in the RV free or very very cheap. where is the hot spring you are going to.

Scenic Hot Springs. Look up Scenic, WA on a map. You can't get RVs anywhere near to them though. You have to hike a mile up a steep hill. I drive to the base of the hill in our van, not the RV... which is in Sultan, WA at Lake Bronson. Go to lakebronson(dot)com

I wish I lived there near you! it would be cool if there were a commune like this...with hiking trails, crops of vegetables...I would like it so I could practice my singing,chanting,guitar,harmon­ica and clarinet ..and barefoot run in the field...I see the yoga mat. I don't like to miss a day of yoga..
