@jurgenbono - That would be Nakamura Sensei - IOGKF Vice Chief Instructor as well as IOGKF North America Chief Instructor (Canada, USA, Mexico). Residing in Toronto, Canada, as far as I know.
As far as the 'chosen' thing goes, I don't know and to be quite honest, unless I see a statement from the IOGKF, it's just speculation.

what's the name of that student form Sensei HIgaonna, the Japanese guy at the beginning? is that Jlee or not? I think Jlee lives in the US.
I ask because I've heard that Jlee is the next chosen student by Morio Sensei. Am I correct?

the IOGKF is gifted with great instructors. Sensei Higaonna, Nakamura, Terauchi, George Andrews and many others are just phenomenal karatekas. Not just great karatekas, but also great people and as humble as a karate master can ever be.
