In blizzard of '77
The cars were just lumps on the snow
And then later
Tripping in 7-11
The shelves were stretching out of control
On a plane ride
The more it shakes
The more i have to let go
Now the signals
Still getting all mixed up
We're always doing damage control
But in the middle of the night i worry
It's blurry even without light
I know i have got a negative edge
That's why i sharpen all the others a lot
It's like flowers or ladybugs
Pretty weeds or red beetles with dots
[chorus]
I miss you more than i knew
[repeat]

  • but in the middle of the niiiiight i worry it's blurry even without light haha ahhhh such a good fuckin song = )

  • @bichgtr i agree. they are so underrated. it's almost impossible to find a weak nada surf song. they are all good and well thought out.

  • @aresnalgunna11

probably one of the best bands of our generation

  • Merci pour les accords mattew, j'adore la jouer cette chanson

  • This is borderline frat rock, yet I like it anyway. Well, I don't know. They'd have to be some fairly hip frat boys to listen to this.

  • but if you're an advanced player, i recommend his instructional video: /watch?v=-Cf_tr7m83s

  • Thanks, man! That helped me out a WHOLE lot. I love this song, but none of the tabs were right! Thanks a million!

  • its very awkward but once you get it, its really awesome to play

  • i figured out the chords on my 12 string in the open positions...you start with Am and then add teh 2nd fret, high e string, then you do the D with the added 3rd fret, high e, then C with added 3rd fret, b string, and then G. it sounds good and approximates what he's doing up high. i find the chords he plays very difficult
