OSU-Tulsa Graduate Student Services Coordinator Stacey Coleman answers questions about OSU-Tulsa's new Workplace Learning and Organizational Performance emphasis for both master's and doctoral degree programs.

Geared toward human resources, workplace and organizational development professionals, this unique program features a mix of evening, weekend and online classes for busy working adults interested in developing a strong work force. The unique 36-hour program features curriculum based on adult education practices and courses focused on developing strong organizations and effective workforce personnel. It also features a combination of traditional human and organizational development foundations and strategies, plus newer trends in learning organizations, knowledge creation and management, innovation in workplaces and career development in organizations.
