i agree this phone sucks, it doesnt even start up anymore. Went on the internet with it the other day and ever since then its freezing. This phone is a piece of shit dont get it, it doesnt even last for 5 months

Not sure what you mean by advertisement phone, but it is full featured, full phone. I got it from AT&T during Pantech Duo Media Event Release Conference. It is exactly the same phone that you buy from AT&T.

I am trying to find out the same thing. I could not find a single place to get this unlocked. Everyone says they can, but they end up not being able to. Even AT&T said they cannot unlock it for me...

omg freggin lucky man i jus got the fone and it doesnt do anything but go to the at&t sign when u turn it on

Just return it to AT&T. Probably bad memory chip in it. Never heard of that problem on WM phones, though. Good Luck.
