  • Kyryllo, you really do make the best kicking tutorials

  • You need to cut out the step forward before executing the kick. It's a bad habit that students can catch. It's a bad habit becuase you are telegraphing the kick before you can execute it. Props on pivoting on the ball of you foot verses the heel. Also props on pointing out the correct alignment for the sidekick.

  • @hakuboshi1 I wouldn't worry about that, sidekicks are best suited to mid section or lower.

  • @kyryllo still waiting for the sidekick shown in sparring...

  • @hakuboshi1

    nice tutorial^^

  • You're probably the only worrying about a bit dirt under the feet...

  • ok i will do. Thx and umm ill definitly tell ya how it goes <(^-^).

  • I'd suggest doing a stretch program for yourself, repeat every day you can. And slow slow technique training. Try putting targets on wall and slowly kicking them. Waist training helps a lot so try raising your knee always up high.

  • do u have any stretches or exercises that u would recommend to help me raise my kicks higher?
