  • @ACEBAKER911 i agree she does look like her in a way. i love phoebe

  • so no soy milk for eczema? I gave up milk for soy milk thinking that it is better. so is almond milk better?

  • @1Sunrose very late repy but for what to eat, get your hands on dulse, as it has iodine. Any thyroid related problems then you need iodine, so look up main coast sea vegetables and get your hands on Dulse, its chocked full of minerals, and is one of the greatest sources for Iodine.

  • Megan you are such a bright light that radiates beauty on every level! I love that cute strawberry shirt on you~ you and Arnold are the best and I love every episode! Keep up the great work!!

  • eczema can be very hard to treat, its not only from toxins in the body !!

  • Tess looks like the actress Phoebe Cates

My understanding is the thyroid needs certain things to function properly including iodine which it converts to T3 & T4. Most people do not get enough iodine. Some salts have iodine added for this reason. Seafood, seaweed & leafy greens contain iodine.
