Homemade Toothpaste on the cheap!

All natural homemade toothpaste recipe.
2TBSP Baking Soda
4tsp Vegetable Glycerin
1/3-1/2 tsp Stevia (suit to taste)
dash of salt (optional)
1 drop oil of Peppermint/Cinnamon for flavoring
1 drop food coloring for preference. (Red for Cinnamon flavor, Blue/Green for mint?) Stir and enjoy!

Is there a difference between vegetables glycerin and just Glycerine? coz I hav a bottle labelled Glycerine that I got from the pharmacy but I am not sure if its the same thing. plz answer..nice video :)

@rabbaniyah Yes, I believe there is. One is a more of a waxy substance, while the other, the vegetable glycerin, is a clear, almost syrupy, liquid. I believe the waxy-type glycerin from the pharmacy is generally not taken.....orally. Meaning, well, you know what I mean. LOL The vegetable glycerin is positively not for....you know. :)

VC-- That's awesome, growing Stevia!! Let me know how it turns out, next growing attempt. I'd love to get a handle on doing my own lotions and body soaps, though. I've been buying this organic chamomile bar soap from the healthfood co-op, and it's great, but I'd still like to learn about making my own. Shampoo/cond- I'm using baking soda paste for shampoo, and cider vinegar-rosemary-raspberry tea (a drop of sandalwood oil) for my cond. LOVE it. After 2 weeks, my hair has been reborn! lol
