Fedorov did this pretty often, against quite a few D. I always admired his skill; when I watch him do those speedy strides, he makes it look like a small pond with barely enough room for his speed. :)

Dekeing Paul Coffey was no great achievement, of the D-men to score 100 points in a season (which Coffey did 5 times) he was the only one of that group to be a liablity to his team in their own end. Orr was the best maybe ever at both ends. Potvin was right behind him. McCinnis was probably the closest to Coffey early in his career as far as being poor defensively, followed by Leetch who became a great defensive player in the mid to late 90's (he won his second Norris more for d than O)
