My spoiled rat's big cage

UPDATE!!! EVERYONE KEEPS TELLING ME NOT TO USE SAWDUST OR SHAVINGS. ITS NOT IT IS CAREFRESH BEDDING WHICH I AM NOT FOND OF. IT IS NEITHER SHAVINGS OR SAWDUST!!!!
^.^ Yeah I know my rats got a big cage. But I need to get him more toys and entertainment since I only have one rat.

oh you can make more toys and suff useing big sortof cardboread tubes umm useing rope to sling tightly from one side to the other hamocks are fantastic u can make ones out of polar fleece or u could try and get a whole box of hamack that mym mum makes shiped over our rats love them to bits!

omg wat a spoiled thing ur rat is =] my eats get spoilet but not with a mansion plus its pretty hard for me to spoil my rats with huge cages if i breed them as well as mice =] oh and yes u are able to use woodshavings if you buy them from a petshop becuase they will be treated =]

I'm the same as you XRatgirlX but its too late for me to get her another play mate, but if you give them lots of company and get them out as much as you can its fine.

For bedding I use paper, important letters and such, Who wants to rumage through a bag or rat poo :P

i live in austrlia our woodshavings are treated and done much difrently so we dont have the issues you guys have with them

plus we havnt had any issues with the brand we buy for 8 years =] plus its widley used for many animals we tryed carefreash it is to exspensive and dosint last as long we have tryed many other flooring wicth dosint keep as long and burns our budget but thankyou =]

im not knocking wood shavings but if u r going to use wood at least get aspen or something, i breed rats too, i use aspen for my guinea pigs and carefresh for rats, rats cages arent that big on the bottom so carefresh is relatively inexpensive and is the best way to go or else get fleece bedding thats washable, but at least use apen, thanks

rofl here u go again i have a question 4 u i use sawdust for my rats/mice that i breed  for over 7 years and how come they have beautifull fur dont make a sound and they live there full life without a worry so get off ur high horse and stop being a little scientisr co sicentest always get proven wring at one pooint
