The guys asked why he talks like that cause they were expecting bad english accent from a guy with such name.The "south Korean" part is referring to the south states of americas accent.So the joke is that they talk like that in all south parts of the word.DUH

WOW YOU GUYS ARE SO STUPID. TOYOTA IS A CAR COMPANY. SOUTH KOREANS MAKE CARS TOO. SO HE WAS PRETENDING TO BE A KOREAN WHO MAKES JAPANESE CARS. BY SAYING "SOUTH KOREAN", HE MEANT TO SAY HE IS KOREAN BUT FROM THE SOUTHERN PART OF KOREA, LIKE SEOUL. SO HIS ACCENT IS SOUTH KOREAN. GET IT?
