If I may, I would say that it does. A chess player needs some time to mature his/her game. Many young players are aggressive even though their aggression may not be 100% sound. Past age 30, I think that age is not a factor until you get old and senile. If you continue to play chess, you will probably reach your peak sometime between 25-35. So age is a factor. Also, if you start playing late, then it's probably less likely that you will reach your full potential. Hope that helps.

yeah you made the perpetual so amazing, but it was quite easy compared with teh entire game before...
